November Staff Favourite!

This month's favourite comes from one of our talented bakers, Becky. She’s chosen the classic croissant as her standout pick.

"As someone who's new to the bakery, I believe the croissant is the ideal starting point. Perfecting it feels like a milestone; once you master it, you can truly refine all your other bakes. Plus, I've recently developed a love for coffee, and a warm croissant pairs beautifully with a morning cup and a little jam."
