Kickback Coffee

Our owner Alex started his passion for coffee making in his kitchen, and has built it into his dream business over 10 years! The roastery sits in the heart of the Peak District and combines its flavourful coffee with the wonders of the outdoors. Kickback is lovingly intertwined with Flour Water Salt, and we sell lots of different varieties of Kickback Coffee at our bakery. Kickback are members of 1% for the planet and focus on environmental causes, and have also teamed up with City of Trees to help plant more trees around Greater Manchester! Their passion for the outdoors is evident in many areas of the company's values and they even have a brand of coffee named Explorer for this reason!

Kickback Coffee is integrated in our bakes at the store most predominantly in our popular coffee bun! The coffee bun is similar to the cinnamon bun, but with a coffee based filling rather than cinnamon, and a sweet glazing on top that really seals the deal. Our relationship with coffee will always be a positive one as Kickback Drove the heart of starting the bakery business, and will continue to beat in the undertones of the bakery for years to come!
